At Greenway, we are passionate about good food and about the planet. With over 20 years’ experience in the plant-based industry, Greenway’s founder Paul Florizoone is a real pioneer. In 1997, he opened his first vegetarian restaurant in the city of Ghent, a popular spot among vegetarians and vegans. Now, also meat eaters enjoy his veg food. The restaurant started a new way of living, and today The Greenway Burger is challenging every taboo. And there’s a lot more to come!

At Greenway, we produce plant-based food for meat lovers, for people who eat hamburgers every Friday and who organise an impromptu barbecue when the first ray of sunshine hits.
